About The Position:
We are looking for an Arabic speaker Account Manager to create long-term relationships with our advertisers and publishers alike. You will oversee a portfolio of partners, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management issues.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects based on customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Prepare reports on account status and present them to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
- Assist the senior business development manager in setting future goals.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), Google Tools, and MS Office.
- Experience delivering solutions to fit the needs of the customer, as well as those of the company.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Native Arabic-speaker with fluent English.
