Account Manager
Location: Dubai

About The Position:
We are looking for an Arabic speaker Account Manager to create long-term relationships with our advertisers and publishers alike. You will oversee a portfolio of partners, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management issues.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects based on customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Prepare reports on account status and present them to management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
  • Assist the senior business development manager in setting future goals.

  • Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), Google Tools, and MS Office.
  • Experience delivering solutions to fit the needs of the customer, as well as those of the company.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native Arabic-speaker with fluent English.
