• You may not bid on any of the Noon.com terms or variations in paid search ads, such as Google Adwords, Google PPC, and FaceBook Ads.


• You must use the Noon.com name as a “negative keyword” in your EN/AR paid campaigns.


• You may not use the Noon.com name or any of its variations in pop-ups and pop-unders, in the name of your newsletter or social page, profile or community, in retargeting campaigns, in your app push notifications ads, or in wrong or misleading messages.


• You may not use methods such as cookie stuffing.


• You may not promote Noon.com in any sexually explicit materials, violent materials, libelous or defamatory materials, or any illegal activities.


• Reselling (online/offline) on Noon or any other website is not allowed.


• Ordering on behalf of customers (such as with a Facebook/Instagram store) is not allowed.


• All affiliates that do not follow Noon guidelines will have relevant conversions rejected - and could be banned from the offer completely.
